What do girls' hair bands and condoms have in common?

The story came to light in November 2007, when a woman who owned a hair salon in China suspected what was underneath the colorful material and fabric of a girls' hair band. While untangling the woven rope, he found a rather shocking discovery; Parts and pieces of a condom. Condoms are believed to be actually unused rejections that failed quality control measures and were therefore resold to companies that make hair tapes  headband in the form of raw materials. However, according to sources, it is unclear if condoms were used before sending them to the recycling plant. And if that's the case, they could be harboring dangerous bacteria and viruses, threatening to spread sexually transmitted diseases. Gross!

The reason there are doubts about whether or not condoms in this story were previously used is due to the fact that in 2002 the Shanghai Star reported that rubber bands had been found that actually contained used, abandoned or factory parts. condoms rejected. According to state regulations, these items should have been shipped to a plastics factory in Beijing.

Until now, these colorful girls' headbands have only been found in local markets and beauty salons in South China. But that does not mean that they can and do not reach the states. So BEWARE OF THE BUYER!
